We are committed to delivering quality products. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Return Approval
All returns and refunds are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, and in original packaging
  • Item must be in resellable condition
  • A valid order number is required
  • Photo or video proof may be required before approval

Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items (not caused by shipping)
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after the 15-day return window
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and investigation.
