At Pawthentics, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–15 business days may take anywhere from 4-35 days for order to arrive (excluding weekends and holidays). some products ship from China
If for any reason there is an error with your order it may take some time to see if we can proceed and fulfill the order if not you will be refunded within 1-3 business days that we refund the order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
⚠️ Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the postal carrier, Pawthentics is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or mishandled packages. We do not have control over postal operations after the item leaves the facility.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number for further assistance.
